This song has really impacted my life because this was my Dad's favorite song,  and there would be many times that we'd be in the car and that song would come on and everything would just get calm and quiet as he listened to the song. And those moments are one of my favorite memories of growing up.

 

The Lion King
This movie kind of fits my life and goes along with my memoir because the Dad dies, and then Simba runs away and is forced to figure out who he is and what he's going to do with himself all on his own now that he's lost a paternal figure.
